Include registration fee of $25 prior to June 15; $35 after June
15.
Enrollment NOT secured until registration form and enrollment fee received.
Registration
fees non-refundable.
ENROLLMENT FOR CURRENT
STUDENTS
Enrollment
for current students begins in March.
Applications received after April 1 will be included in open enrollment
status.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open enrollment begins April 1.
After
April 1, registration accepted on a first-come-first-served basis regardless of
prior enrollment.
Enrichment Academy does not accept registration or enrollment over the phone, via e-mail, or verbally.
To enroll download registration forms and mail with registration fee to address listed
on form.
Registration confirmed via e-mail after receipt of registration
forms.
Enrichment Academy allows second semester enrollment if space is available.
LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE/WAITING LIST
Enrichment Academy has limited space available in each class.
After receipt of registration students will be placed on
waiting list when space is unavailable.
Parents will be contacted via e-mail after receipt of registration
regarding enrollment status

Semester tuition prorated
Monthly payment determined by enrollment date
