Withdrawals Written Notice of withdrawal must be made to Enrichment Academy 30 days in advance of withdrawal. If 30 day advance notice is not given, then tuition responsibility must be met for the time period until 30 days have passed. Students will be considered withdrawn from the program and placed on delinquent status after 60 days of non-payment. Tuition and student accounts
must be current to be considered for future enrollment. Late Enrollment Enrichment Academy accepts late enrollment from September through February. Tuition and fees are due the month of enrollment Tuition is prorated depending on month of enrollment. Amount of initial installment will depend on the month of enrollment plus tuition agreement and fee. REFUNDS for Early withdrawal No refunds of tuition or fees will be given to students who voluntarily withdraw without required 30 day notice. No refunds of tuition or fees will be given to students who are expelled
due to violation of school policy and regulations. Withdrawal BEFORE CLASS BEGINS further tuition obligations are forgiven on accounts withdrawn prior to august parent meeting. Withdrawals on or after parent meeting, signers are obligated to abide by the 30-day written withdrawal notice. Registration fees are nonrefundable. SEMESTER WITHDRAWAL Families withdrawing at semester are required to give required advance notice. January tuition is due per tuition agreement if required advance
notice is not given. OUTSTANDING BALANCES All outstanding balances and delinquent accounts must be brought current by August 1 to be considered
for re-enrollment. STUDENT SUPPLIES Student supplies must be picked up within 2 weeks of withdrawal from program. Any supplies not retrieved within 2 weeks will be destroyed or given away. |
